Refund, Revisions & Cancellation Policy

At HTML LLC, we understand that there may be circumstances in which you need to cancel a service or request revisions. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and service revisions. The Website operates under the full compliance and administration of HTML LLC, a New York–based company.
1. Service Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a service at any time.

If you cancel a service within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal, you are eligible to receive a full refund.

If you cancel a service after 7 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Method of Cancellation

Cancellations by phone or in person will not be considered valid.
3. Refund Processing
Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm the details and process the cancellation within 48 hours.
If eligible, refunds will be initiated at that time. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
4. No Refunds on Completed Services
If a service has been completed and you have approved the final work prior to submitting a cancellation request, you will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Revisions and Exchanges
After delivery of services, HTML LLC offers a 30-day period during which clients may request revisions or exchanges to ensure satisfaction with the work provided.

Revisions may include adjustments to design, content, or other deliverables as initially agreed.

Please note: major changes outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
6. Cancellation by HTML LLC
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service for a valid reason, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
If cancellation occurs within the 7-day period and you are not in breach of contract, you will receive a pro-rata refund.
